Your data

Export your data

Settings → Export all your data

You can download a full copy of your organisation's data at any time. This is useful for your own backups, for moving to another system, and for answering data-portability requests under UK GDPR. Only organisation admins can run an export.

How to export

  1. Go to Settings and find Export all your data.
  2. Click Export all my data. We'll start preparing it in the background.
  3. When it's ready we email you a secure download link. For your security you'll need to be signed in to download, and the link stops working after 7 days.

What's in the download

A single ZIP file containing one CSV per area, so it opens straight into Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets:

  • customers.csv — your customer accounts
  • contacts.csv — people linked to customers
  • leads.csv — your sales pipeline
  • invoices.csv — issued invoices
  • quotations.csv — quotes
  • sales_orders.csv — sales orders
  • tasks.csv — your tasks
  • analytics.csv — website analytics sessions, one row per session (no IP addresses are stored, so none are exported)

The export is a snapshot taken when you click the button, and those eight files are the whole of it.

Not included yet: suppliers, products, purchase orders, supplier bills and stock movements, and also projects, notes, cases, campaigns and chat. If you are answering a UK GDPR portability request that reaches into any of those, take them out separately — purchase orders, supplier bills and the stock ledger each have their own CSV download on Reports → Purchasing — and tell us, so we can fold them into this export.
