Dashboard & activity

What needs attention today

The dashboard is your landing page after the organisation is set up. It surfaces live workspace notifications, unassigned tasks, key pipeline and finance summaries, and navigation into the main areas of the organisation. The Activity Feed and Audit view then let you zoom in on what changed across the business.

Dashboard cards

The Workspace grid links directly to customers, contacts, leads, quotations, campaigns, competitors, sales orders, invoices, reports, forecast, inbox, service desk, projects, suppliers, products, and purchase orders — subject to the sections switched on for you. There is no Tasks card: tasks are reached from the sidebar, or from the unassigned-tasks row in the panel below when there is one. Admins and Agents also see live summary figures for pipeline value, sent quotations, monthly orders, outstanding invoices, overdue amounts, and forecast totals. Where the Procurement section is switched on, the Purchase orders card carries its own figures too — draft POs, outstanding bills, overdue bills (amount and count) and spend this month. All of these are read live. The one panel that is not is Trends at a glance, which reads the overnight summary and is cached for thirty minutes, so it can lag the cards above it.

Notifications and task prompts

Workspace notifications have their own panel further down the page, below the summary figures, and can be opened or dismissed. Above it, a Needs attention panel ranks what is waiting — overdue invoices, overdue supplier bills, late deliveries, low stock, lead and quote follow-ups, open cases, unassigned tasks, lead quality gaps — dropping any row that is at zero, and reading All clear when there is nothing to do.

The three purchasing rows, and what they count

Overdue supplier bills is the total owed on bills past their due date, with the number of bills in the line beneath. Late deliveries counts purchase orders that are Sent or Partially received and whose expected delivery date has already passed — a PO with no expected date is never late. Low stock counts stock-tracked products whose stock on hand is at or below their reorder level; a product with stock tracking switched off is never counted, however little of it you hold.

All three need the Procurement section switched on for you, and Overdue supplier bills is shown to Admins and Agents only. Like every other row they disappear at zero, so a row you cannot find usually means there is nothing waiting rather than something broken.

Activity feed

The Activity page is an organisation-wide event stream. Filter it by area such as leads, quotes, orders, invoices, payments, tasks, contacts, customers, or notes, and page through the timeline when you need a broader view.

Audit trail

The Audit page records detailed create, update, and delete changes across supported sales records, plus duplicate merges, GDPR erasures, and data requests. Filter by entity type, event type, user, or reference, then expand an entry to see before-and-after field values. Admins can also purge old audit records using the retention controls.

Audit detail view

Expanded audit entries show who made the change, when it happened, the record reference, the changed fields, and resolved display names for linked records where possible.
