Trust & safety

When you first sign up we run a quick verification on your organisation before card payments are enabled. If we need a moment to confirm the details, you'll see an “Your account is under review” note on the billing page.

Your trial

Every new organisation starts on a 14-day free trial with no card required. The billing page shows the days remaining. When the trial ends without a subscription every page sends you to the billing page until you subscribe — your data is not deleted.

Seats

Beagle is priced per seat. A seat is an active member of the organisation. Pending invitations are not charged — each becomes a billable seat only once the invitee accepts. The billing page shows your current seat count and any outstanding invites.

Monthly or annual

Choose Subscribe monthly or Subscribe annually. Paying annually gives you two months free — twelve months for the price of ten.

Cancelling

Cancel stops the subscription at the end of the current period — you keep full access until that date, and the billing page shows when it is. If a payment fails you get a grace window before the workspace is suspended.

Billing is per organisation

Billing is per organisation, not per person. If you create a second workspace from Your organisations, it gets its own trial, its own seats and its own billing.

“Your account is under review” — what it means

We're verifying your organisation before enabling payments — usually within an hour during business hours. You'll be able to choose a plan and add a card as soon as it's approved, and you keep full access to your trial in the meantime, so you can carry on setting up your workspace, adding customers, and inviting your team.

Why we verify

A light verification step lets us keep Beagle fast, fairly priced, and free of the payment fraud that pushes costs onto genuine businesses. It protects every customer on the platform — and it means we can offer a real, no-card-required free trial to people who are simply here to run their business.

What you need to do

Usually nothing. Most organisations are verified automatically and never see the notice. If yours is held for a quick check, there's no form to fill in — it is usually approved within an hour during business hours, and the subscribe and add-card options then appear on your billing page. It won't get in the way of your trial, and your data is always safe.

UK businesses only

Beagle currently serves UK-based businesses. Verification looks for a Companies House match alongside a business email address, which is why a non-UK or personal-email sign-up may be held for a quick check.
